My journey started in 2014 with one small house in Adelaide that I bought for $258,000. I had no secret knowledge and even had to borrow a few thousand dollars from my mum to get the deposit over the line. I was terrified, but I took action. That one property changed everything.

I learned how to access the growth in that property (the equity) to buy my second one. Then I used the equity from the first two to buy my third. I repeated this process, targeting properties based on pure data, not emotion or location bias.

Today, that portfolio has given me a life I never thought possible: living in beautiful Cairns, running a business I'm passionate about, and building real, lasting wealth for my family.
